Loddon Mill
There is mention of a watermill at Chedgrave in the early 14th century but the current mill dates from the 1700s. Originally a watermill, it was converted to steam power in the nineteenth century, using coal brought in by wherries. It was further converted to electricity in 1928. |

At various times in the recent past it has been a restaurant and a furniture workshop. It is now mainly residential, with a businesses on the ground floor. The mill is not open for public viewing. |
