Parish Notes and Events

Notes

Loddon Community Cinema Committee urgently need some new volunteers to help with the cinema as two volunteers have had to resign due to changes in personal and work commitments.
We need a new treasurer who would be responsible for hall and equipment booking, film licences, paying invoices and keeping the (very simple) accounts.
We also need someone to co-ordinate refreshments - buying the refreshments and organising a rota of volunteers for each film.
We are hoping to hold a small film festival in the autumn and would be delighted if anyone wants to get involved with helping to organise it.
Please contact us by email or telephone 01508 522020 if you feel able to help keep the cinema going and growing.

Loddon On Call urgently need new members to continue to provide this valuable local service.
Community First Responders are volunteers who are trained to respond to emergency 999 calls in their local area in partnership with the East of England Ambulance Service.
